1. What payment options do you offer?

You may pay for your purchase with a personal check, bank or cashiers check, or money order made payable to Raymond Self

Credit card;

You can also use your Visa or Master card through Pay-Pal or Pro-Pay for your purchases. Both are secure servers the difference between Pay-Pal and Pro-Pay is with Pay-Pal you have to be a member and Pro-Pay you do not have to be a member.

With Pro-Pay It is just like using your credit card at the store. Pro-Pay will email you a bill from me. It will show up as thecrystalforest@juno.com.

All you have to do is follow the instructions in the email and it will direct you to a secure server and there you will enter your information about your card. When you get your credit card bill it will show up as thecrystalforest@juno.com with the amount.

2.I have an account with Pay Pal. How do I place an order using Pay-Pal?

Once we have reached an agreement on size, wire color, base and gemstones selected I will send you an invoice from Pay-Pal with the total cost of the tree or trees including shipping, It will say it is from me sales@crystalforest-gemtrees.com Raymond Self.

3. I don’t like placing orders on-line. What other options do you offer for placing an order?

Email your order to me Raymond@crystalforest-gemtrees.com then simply call me and give me your credit card information.

4. I would like to use my credit card and I do not want to use Pay-Pal. What other ways can I pay you with a credit card?

We have Pro-Pay, you do not need to sign up or be a member. It is just like using your credit card at the store. I will email you a bill from Pro-Pay. All you have to do is follow the instructions in the email and it will direct you to a secure server and there you will enter your information about your card. 5. How do I place an order for custom made trees?

Simply go to this page tree inquiry and pick your stones, wire and base then click on the order button and place your order. If you have a question you can call me at 828-287-3374

6. Once I place my order for my custom tree what if I decide I would like to see a picture of the finished tree?

I can take a digital picture of the tree and post it on my web site. I will forward you the URL where you can see it.

7.I like the gold color wire but I am worried that it will tarnish. Do you do anything to the tree so it will not tarnish?

This wire comes from the factory with a special coating to prevent it from tarnishing. I will also spray the tree down after I finish making it with a clear acrylic. I have had no problems with it tarnishing in the 15 years I have been using this wire.

8. How will I know the price of the tree I want custom made?

I will send you a price quote once an agreement has been reached on size, wire color, base and gemstones selection. You then have the option of ordering or canceling.

9.If I place an order with you, how will I know when it is shipped out to me?

I email all my customers the day that their orders are shipped along with the post office delivery confirmation number.

10. How long will it take before my order is shipped out?

For stock trees, shipment is usually within a couple of days. For custom made trees the turn around is 2 weeks. Maybe sooner depending on the order in which it is received .
